Lucas doesn't have much of a fashion sense but he doesn't dress terribly either. He sticks to simple clothing that can uphold in any weather he might have to endure. No matter what the outfit, he always has his red beret and scarf as part of his attire.
Personality
If Lucas can be summed up in one word, it would have to be sweet. He is a very kind and caring person, which is apparent in the way his treats his Pokemon. Each one of his little companions gets the same amount of love and attention, none is more important than other. He is much the same way with people who are important to him. To him his friends really are his treasures and he will do anything to make sure they are happy and safe. He is the type of person who will do anything just to see you smile. Even if he himself is miserable.
All that being said, Lucas is actually very soft spoken. He gives off an air of being rather shy but isn't in the least. He is simply the type of person who doesn't speak unless spoken to or won't talk much unless he is very close to the person.
He is the complete opposite of his friend Barry in the sense that he likes to take his time with things. He doesn't rush or jump into anything without thinking it through. He likes to slow down and enjoy the little things in life that make everything wonderful. Whether it be taking a walk or laying down in a nice patch of grass, gazing up at the clouds. He believes in living in the moment, rather than rushing into things and thinking about tomorrow when you haven't even seen what today has to offer.
Dreams and Goals
Lucas has very modest dreams. Like most people his age, he wants to become a Pokemon master, however he would be satisfied with any number of Pokemon he can get. He loves traveling more than anything and enjoys visiting new places he's never been to before. He hasn't thought out his future any further than that and figures he has enough time to figure out what he wants to do. For now, he simply wants to enjoy being young and free.

Lucas let out a soft, tinkling laugh as his Golduck, fondly named "Paco" wrestled with is Lucario. he had all his Pokemon out to eat lunch amidst the warm air and green grass, thinking they could have a picnic of sorts. He had taken his hat off for the moment, letting his short ebony locks rustle freely with the wind. "Paco! Rio! Eat your food and stop wrestling! We have to get moving soon." he stated sternly to them. He turned is attention back to his bento box, having just brought a bite up to his lips with chopsticks when he heard a female voice. He tilted his head to look at her. "Huh?" was all he found himself replying.

Stopping in her tracks, she stared at him silently. His team was...different..and why wasn't Pearl with him? Biting her bottom lip her smile faded. "You are Dia right? Where is Pearl? Where's your munchlax?" Questions just kept circling in her head, but for the boys sake, she only started with three.
He raised an eyebrow , not understanding at all what she was saying. It took him a moment to realize that she was mistaking him for someone else. "Oh! No. I'm sorry miss but you must be mistaking me for someone else. My name is Lucas." he told her as gently as he could.
